Greg is a Professional engineer with a technical acumen in all aspects of design, engineering and construction within major civil, infrastructure, mining and rail industries. With over 25 years delivering projects within the mining industry, Greg is a sought after technical specialist within the industry.

With extensive experience in managing engineering firms, Greg provides a technical and business oversight to the Tenvra team.
JAMES MANSFIELD
Technical Manager & Director
James is a chartered professional engineer (RPEQ) with a technical background in all aspects of civil design, engineering and management across all project phases from planning to execution.
With over 18 years delivering quality engineering outcomes and leading teams on projects in the major civil, resources, rail and road industries, James leads the technical Tenvra team and ensures the deliverables achieve quality standards on time.
DEAN GRANT
Study Manager & Director
Dean is a project delivery specialist (PMP) with a strong understanding of all aspects of capital portfolio delivery, planning and mining operations. A qualified civil engineer and finance professional, Dean manages the Tenvra team and provides the key client interface to ensure the objectives and outcomes of the Client are being exceeded.
Dean is a logical and strategic thinker who takes a proactive approach to all tasks, encouraging those around him to do the same.
COREY ALLEN
Design Manager & Director
With 19 years of experience as a Civil Designer, Corey has delivered high-quality design solutions across a wide range of industries including infrastructure, public utilities, and major mining and civil projects. Known for a strong commitment to meeting client needs, he consistently produces practical, accurate, and efficient outcomes.

Passionate about continuous improvement, Corey leads the design team and is dedicated to personal growth while also mentoring and supporting team members to strengthen collective capability and project success.
JOSH HINDS
Senior Track & Civil Engineer
Josh is an RPEQ Engineer with over 8 years’ experience in technical design and delivery of infrastructure Projects. Josh’s expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from conception and planning to detailed design, construction, and asset management.

He has worked across Transport Infrastructure, Heavy Haul Rail, Mining, Urban Development and Municipal Infrastructure, applying his skills to ensure efficient, sustainable, and compliant engineering solutions. His experience in a wide range of fields make him a valuable asset in complex projects.
Lochlan Clark
Senior Civil Designer
Lochlan is a Senior Civil Designer, with a background in Heavy Structural Steel fabrication and Mechanics. He also has an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering.
He has a wide range of experience designing and drafting both small and large scale steel structure projects from concept through to construction phases, with advanced knowledge and capability with various design software.
SAM APOGREMIOTIS
Senior Civil Designer
Sam is an experienced civil designer having completed a broad range of civil infrastructure design projects from concept and prefeasibility through to detailed design.

Sam is proficient in 3D design software for roads, civil earthworks, drainage, wastewater and water reticulation. With a wide ranging experience Sam is able to quickly and efficiently provide fit-for-purpose designs to support client requirements.
